Complete refurbishment of 8 unit building, structural works, drainage and various related tasks

This project is a residential renovation of 8 rental units. We had to change the structure of the building, in particular we changed the arrangement of certain walls, including load-bearing walls. We also carried out interior drainage work since the building had water infiltration problems as well as a very high water table, which will allow better water drainage in the future.
