Following a fire in the summer of 2024, the residence was completely demolished in March 2025 to rebuild on solid foundations.
The reconstruction project, launched from the foundation walls and carried out in compliance with current standards, progressed quickly. The structure soon took shape, followed by the installation of the roof.
The new home is now complete. It features several notable improvements, including nine-foot ceilings and a redesigned living area offering an open and inviting space between the kitchen and the living room.
