Following a major flood that affected about twenty condominium units on the garden level, our team was called in for a significant restoration project. The work involved replacing all ceramic flooring as well as the lower portions of the walls, which were redone using Durock panels to ensure durability and resistance to moisture.
In a second mandate, we carried out wall openings in nearly fifty condos across multiple floors to allow the electrician to replace non-compliant electrical wiring. Once the interventions were completed, we carefully closed and repainted all areas, completing the work without relocating residents and with minimal disruption to their daily lives.
