You will be responsible for the full management of post-disaster projects: from damage assessment to work follow-up, including coordinating stakeholders and communicating with insurers.
Handle calls from clients and insurers
Visit sites to assess damages, evaluate required work, and plan execution
Prepare cost estimates for reconstruction
Coordinate the execution of work with various stakeholders on-site (crew, subcontractors, adjusters)
Communicate with insurers using different platforms (XactAnalysis, Symbility, etc.)
Ensure follow-up on the progress of the work
2 years of experience in a similar post-disaster project management role
Strong stress management skills
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Valid driver’s license
ASP Construction card (asset)
Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday
One remote workday per week
