Masonry foreman

As a Masonry Foreman, you will play a key role in the field by supervising and coordinating a team of masons. You will ensure the proper execution of the work, adherence to deadlines, and strict compliance with health and safety standards. Your leadership and expertise will directly contribute to the quality and efficiency of our projects.

• Supervise, support, and motivate your team of masons on the construction site
• Plan and coordinate masonry work according to drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Ensure the quality of work performed and resolve technical issues as needed
• Collaborate with the project manager and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site operations
• Consistently enforce health and safety standards on site
• Participate in site meetings and track project progress
• Manage resources, materials, and equipment needed to move the work forward
• Complete daily reports and handle the administrative follow-up of your site

• Valid CCQ journeyman mason competency card (mandatory)
• ASP Construction safety card
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in team supervision and coordination of masonry work
• Natural leadership, strong organizational skills, and attention to quality
• Solid knowledge of health and safety standards on construction sites

• Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday
• Salary in accordance with the CCQ collective agreement
