The masonry labourer actively supports site operations by supplying materials, preparing surfaces, and safely handling tools and equipment. Working closely with masons, they help ensure smooth workflow, adherence to schedules, and the maintenance of order and safety on site. Thanks to their versatility, diligence, and physical endurance, they play a key role in the progress and quality of construction projects.
Supply masons with bricks, blocks, mortar, and other materials
Operate a forklift to move loads around the construction site
Prepare work surfaces and clean designated areas
Assemble and dismantle scaffolding, formwork, and other temporary structures
Mix, transport, and pour concrete or mortar as required
Use various hand and power tools (saw, jackhammer, etc.)
Assist masons with their daily tasks efficiently
Maintain order, safety, and cleanliness on the job site
Perform any other related tasks connected to masonry work
Available to work in the Greater Montreal area
Valid driver’s license
Valid CCQ labourer competency card
Valid ASP Construction safety card
Good physical condition
Day shift, Monday to Friday
CCQ commercial sector rate at all times
