Want to learn your trade alongside real seasoned pros and build something solid? With us, you’ll actively take part in carpentry and joinery work on a variety of well-managed projects. We’re looking for someone motivated, hands-on, and ready to push their limits on site. Here, we help you grow, sharpen your skills, and become a top-tier journeyperson.
Take part in carpentry and joinery work (framing, formwork, assembly, finishing, etc.)
Read and understand basic plans with support from the team
Install components such as partitions, doors, windows, staircases, wood structures, and more
Work closely with journeypersons and forepersons
Follow safety instructions and site regulations
Learn, improve, and build your skills day after day
Valid CCQ apprentice carpenter competency certificate
ASP Construction safety card
Valid driver’s license
Good physical condition and resourcefulness
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong team spirit
Punctuality, reliability, and respect for instructions
Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday
CCQ commercial sector rate at all times
Strong mentorship from experienced journeypersons
Diverse projects in the commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential sectors
Active social club: BBQs, happy hours, golf tournament, etc.
Company truck provided for travel, depending on the project
