Warehouse manager

You will be responsible for managing the warehouse, inventory, and supply to our job sites. You will also coordinate deliveries, route planning, and the work of delivery drivers to ensure the efficiency of our operations. 

• Prepare orders for shipment or pickup for site managers and/or project managers 

• Load, unload, and move products and materials, either by hand or using material-handling equipment 

• Ensure that the inventory of materials and product availability in the warehouse are kept up to date 

• Receive orders of materials and place them on the shelves 

• Ensure that received orders match the purchase orders or delivery slips 

• Promptly take the necessary steps regarding non-compliant, missing, or damaged goods 

• Perform other material-handling duties, such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking various products and materials 

• Coordinate delivery activities, plan daily routes, and effectively track deliveries to job sites 

• Supervise and support delivery drivers to ensure a safe, efficient service that meets operational needs 

• Make deliveries as needed 

• Perform all other related tasks 

• Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position 

• Hold a forklift operator’s license (a plus). On-the-job training may be provided 

• Hold a valid driver’s license 

• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic 

• Have excellent time management and organizational skills 

• Demonstrate independence, resourcefulness, and a strong team spirit 

• Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly 

• Daytime schedule Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
