We are looking for a construction project manager.

Your tasks will be as follows:

• Manage subcontractors
• Follow up on site meetings
• Coordinate site operations, such as site opening, site visits and others
• Establish and manage the project schedule and progress of work
• Apply health and safety measures and regulations
• Accompany the client during the execution of the project
• Manage progress billing
• Participate in decisions regarding departmental strategies
• Perform all other related tasks

What we are looking for :

• At least 3 years of experience as a project manager.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and collective agreements.
• Good project management skills.
• Bilingualism, both spoken and written.
• Possess a class 5 driver's license.
• Mastery of software: Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Adobe, Internet interface, MSProject
• Have a university degree in an appropriate field in construction, civil engineering or engineering. (an asset)
• Attestation of training ASP construction and any other CNESST certificate.
• Excellent interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills.
